Raw Balls

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups dates
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

METHOD

Blend together all ingredients in a good food processor until the mixture comes together. Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls. It’s that easy! Store in a container in the fridge/freezer (I like to store in the freezer as it makes them harder, so they take me longer to eat!)

Makes around 12 balls, depending on the size.
