RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups watermelon, cut into chunks
- 1 cup maple water. I used Seva maple water, which you can find here. You could also use coconut water as an alternative.
- Juice of 1 lime
- Small handful of fresh mint
METHOD
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until all combined and in liquid form. Pour into icy pole moulds. Freeze for a few hours until fully set. To remove from the moulds, run under warm water until icy pole slips out. Enjoy!
Serves 6-8 depending on mould size.
