RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup natural/greek yogurt
- 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour (plus more if needed)
METHOD
Preheat oven to 250 degrees C.
Add the yogurt and flour to a bowl and mix together win a spoon until it starts to come together. Turn mixture out onto a floured work bench and knead with your hands for about 5 minutes until a dough is formed. If the dough is too sticky you may need to add some more flour to make it easier to knead.
Line a pizza tray with baking paper, roll out the dough and top with desired toppings. Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes until the crust is crisp and dough is cooked through.
Serves 1 hungry person!
