Banana, Peanut Butter and Maple Water Overnight Oats

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup Seva Maple Water
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 heaped tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Mixed nuts/seeds/granola, for topping

METHOD

Combine oats, maple water, half the banana (save the other half for topping), chia seeds, peanut butter, yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon in a jar or bowl and mash together well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next morning, remove jar from fridge and top with remaining banana slices and mixed nuts/seeds/granola.

Serves 1.
